Posing is not generic or easy. They do have there criteria if your doing a pose that has a name to it. Examples: Rear Double Bi, Archer. These poses you should be able to draw a straight line threw all the joints from elbow to elbow on Double Bi's or wrist (finger tips is 100% perfect) to elbow on the Archer. You don't worry about the alingment of the muscle bellies. Just line up the joints and let the size of the bellies show. This is were so many fail and never realize it or are even told about it.

I practice at least 15 minutes a day BUT i have never had any formal training with it yet.

Great info for sure. I havnt done a show yet, but i do plan on doing one at some point in the very near future and i know this is whats going to make me or break me, posing!
Any videos you recommend on youtube to get a little more info on it? |

I'm 10wks out and I've been practicing about 20min a day. I'll increase posing practice as i get closer because not only does alignment matter but your muscles also need to be conditioned to be able to hold a contraction without shaking.
