Leg progress
|
Solid progress there. Well done.

7 weeks.
these results are pretty lackluster bro. you are beyond frustrating. so many of us want you to succeed, but you just cant seem to stick to your plans or make any exceptional progress. its ****ing depressing to watch. get your head out of your ass and do the ****in work, make the sacrifices, and make yourself proud. |
Did you take any caliper reading's 77? Just curious what the skinfold differences were.
How does Joe feel things went? |
Joe feels im leaner, i am. went from 20% to 15-16%. 213-194. My abs, legs and glutes a little stubborn. Typical. We know where we stand and what we have to work on. ( widen back bigger triceps, bring up chest)

Looks leaner and more defined, as far as I can tell. Good work 77.
Any progress toward the end goal is progress toward the end goal! |

While I don't use them to monitor bodyfat, per se, they are great for monitoring fat millimeter readings and trends on legs, belly, etc. |

Looking good!

Also should include, when i first started lifting i made the mistake of gaining weight right away before learning good form and technique i put on a solid 15lbs of fat that i have been carrying ever since. Its nice to have shed it off finally. I am excited for this next bulk, Ill be working with Ron training wise, with all the mental toughness and technique improvements i think ill be getting my best gains yet.
