Precautions for body building
What are some precautions that you have taken while you are body building? I make sure that I get enough rest between my lifting days since rest is what helps you recover and build the muscles. I also get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and make sure that I eat a healthy diet.

Always listen to your body. If you pick up a strain or pain on a given day, don't push your luck. Live to fight another day.

use first experience as a learning experience and dont think about placing so much. You may even want to start soft with a physique competition to learn about your body and how to dial it in.
