Patience: Nothing worthwhile ever comes easy. Not one natural bodybuilder who looks awesome took anything less than many YEARS to get where they are.
Dedication: Just look at the logs of Rich Knapp, Emeka and others to see what this looks like in the gym and outside of it. Those guys don't believe in shortcuts. Determination: Getting past setbacks and getting it done. I'm no bodybuilder but that's some of what being a BB means to me. And what the lads said above

Respect other opinion and maybe try them, but if they don't work (by your logs ) then don't stick to it and find what does work. If it does work (by your logs ) then use it. Main thing is keep a open mind and learn, find what works for you, NOT just what looks great on paper or worked for so and so.

Learn to clean, and squat properly.
Learn to press properly. Build your program around a solid foundation of heavy compounds, and not around ego and eye candy. Strength is success. Powerful, and strong trumps cut and ripped 99.9% of the time. |
