when you donīt contract the muscles you ainīt looking that big, but IF you contract them BOOOOOOM!! (3:10)

Why is that? i mean the difference is really enourmous.

When I contract the muscle separation opens up and shows true size. Relaxed the muscles flow together and smooth out making them look smaller.
All part of practicing and knowing how to pose your personal body and a proper tan.

Posing and tanning is not generic as most people think.

Nope.

When I depleate proper and carb up. I have flexed over 17" arms on stage. Off stage they are 17" flexed with only a pinch of 2mm's for fat. I don't hold fat on my arms even when I bulk. I'm 5'8" tall (when I could stand and walk all the time. ) in the 140's on stage here. Exact weight and body size is subject to the depleation and carb up timing for on stage.
