What are some good exercises I can do to bring up my lagging delts?

Most people don't have lagging front delts, because of bench press-centric routines, so that means you are probably looking at side delts. Therefore, forms of overhead presses are your top choice.
I'd overhead press a lot. If you can manage then Behind the Neck Presses are very good too.
If you're sufficiently strong (Pressing 200lbs+) then it's probably a bodyfat issue. Lose some bodyfat and your shoulders will come out more.
