Default Which one do you do first?

Which exercises do you prefer to do first? The ones that you love or the ones that you are really dreading? I prefer to get the ones out that I dread first so I can enjoy the rest of my workout.

I would suggest you do compound exercises first before iso's but knowing a little more of your training style would help anyone help you.

a little suffering is good for you. builds character, strength, size, and mental strength.
best bet to do bigger lifts first, generally speaking. best to save things that are harder on your body until the end. for example i almost always do skullcrushers or lying tricep extensions last to make sure my elbows are nice and warmed up.

The hardest exercises are the best ones to do first. This way you are fresh and if you wait to do them at the end, you will not get as much out of it.
