More benching, you need practice.
Find a proven progression scheme and make sure all your recovery stuff is in order; including diet. Make sure you start with an easy weight and build up slowly. Make sure your form is good and work hard but not to failure. Stay consistant. |

Deadlifts, rows, and chin-ups. A strong back makes for a stronger bench. After that, what Hazz said. It just takes time.
