Default Improving benching

I can not really bench that much, as I am just starting. What would be some good exercises for me to improve my benching weight?

More benching, you need practice.
Find a proven progression scheme and make sure all your recovery stuff is in order; including diet. Make sure you start with an easy weight and build up slowly. Make sure your form is good and work hard but not to failure. Stay consistant.

Deadlifts, rows, and chin-ups. A strong back makes for a stronger bench. After that, what Hazz said. It just takes time.

  • Bench Press, first and foremost.
  • Triceps; CGBP, Dips, JM Press,Skull Crushers, some Cable Push Downs.
  • Delts; Military Press, Prone DB Raises, Lateral DB Raises.
  • Direct Rotator Cuff work.
  • And Rows rows rows, DB,BB or Cable.
  • And the other back work mentioned.
