dumbell only fullbody workout ?
Just after some help guys on the best way to workout with only dumbells for the next month while on travel
how does this look Goblet squat 3x12 Db Lunges 3x12 Db rows 3x12 Db press 3x12 Db bench 3x12 Db curls 3x12 Db tricep extensions 3x12 crunches 3x50 I miss my gym back home thanks for any feedback |
