Default Becoming a Natural Pro Bodybuilder

I tell people several times a year, you do not need a lot of size to become a pro natural bodybuilder. Folks generally nod and smile at me when I make this statement, but it's true. If you can learn the art of conditioning, you can become a pro.

My point is this...if you have aspirations of being a bodybuilder, don't wait 10 years to compete. "Most" (not all) people I talk to that want to compete generally have enough muscle to compete, they simply don't realize it.

Here is IFPA Pro natural Brian Noe:

To me, and I'll never truly know, the conditioning seems harder than the muscle building. It's easy enough for me to get into the gym and lift weights, but I would never have the willpower to fine-tune my diet the way they do. It's hard enough for me to stay under 20% bodyfat when I have a mind to.

Any bbing is all smoke and mirrors to look your biggest. Tested or not, and yes Off Road. Lifting is the easiest part of everything we go threw.

NPC BBer and freind of mine. How much you think he weighs?

2-26-12 @ only 187lbs, side by side, we (Jerome and I ) are the same size. He has mastered knowing how to pose the best for his body and use the angles and lighting. Very dedicated.

Yes you get the guys that make pro at the back woods shows that wouldn't make pro at a National show but that happens again tested or non-tested. There are some IFBB pro's you never ever see, why? Because they arn't the monsters that bring in the bucks for the IFBB.

If your shooting for pro and your a smaller person that may be the route to go. Then take a few years off to add size and tweek your posing for your pro debut.

Theres no replacing hard work and conditioning. Any one can do it. Its all in how bad you want it and how dedicated you are to learning and improving.

My point was: As long as you find the best way to pose for YOUR body and make it LOOK big, learn how to get your conditioning in. The tape messure and scale don't mean a thing.
