Pretty decent upper body development for a cyclist...and then you get to the legs. Anyway, see for yourself. For those of our brethren still dealing in imperial measurements, 220kg is 485lb.

And continuing on the theme of very strong cyclists:
Here's Sir Chris Hoy leg pressing 631kg (1390). Apparently got five reps out of it. His gym training focuses on squats, leg press and stiff-legged deadlifts. Top squat for one rep is 500lb.
