Default The massive legs of Robert Forstemann

Somebody at the gym was discussing Chris Hoy's (UK sprint cyclist) quad development. While googling pics, I came across German sprint cyclist Robert Forstemann.

Pretty decent upper body development for a cyclist...and then you get to the legs.

Anyway, see for yourself. For those of our brethren still dealing in imperial measurements, 220kg is 485lb.

Very impressive, from glutes to calves. I always dreamed of having legs that big.

And continuing on the theme of very strong cyclists:

Here's Sir Chris Hoy leg pressing 631kg (1390). Apparently got five reps out of it.

His gym training focuses on squats, leg press and stiff-legged deadlifts. Top squat for one rep is 500lb.

Has this thread really had over 121,000 views? Forstemann has very popular legs.

Or maybe it's twelve people who are obsessed with his legs and have viewed the pictures 10,000 times each.

Yes it caught fire in Google. It was getting so many hits that Google flagged it as suspicious and removed it from the search results. Not sure if it's back.

People started passing this thread around on other lifting forums.

It went "viral" as the kids say.

I would love to catch the virus if it will produce the legs.

Wow, I don't know whether to apologise or feel proud.

What does 'suspicious' mean in this context?
