Default Most productive bodyweight exercises?

What do you guys think would be the top 5 bodyweight exercises for building size and strength ?

I am interested in what other effective bodyweight exercise there are besides pulls/chins and dips.

I can’t think of much

1. pulls/chins
2. Dips
3. Glute ham raise
4. Crunches/sit-ups
5. ???

Push-ups between chairs; I call them Atlas push-ups since I first discovered them in a Charles Atlas book. You could add weight with chains, someone sitting on your back, etc.

Pistol squats as well. Weighted ones would be killer.

honestly, and while i may catch flak, i think bodyweight single leg squats(rear leg elevated) are a invaluable addition to anyones program.

That being said, i may be biased, considering i drive, a LOT, and for long durations for work, so my right leg is overworked, but the balance issue/strength imbalance was never more prevalent when i tried single leg work.

While i will never pull a Mike Boyle and espouse nothing but single leg work, it definitely does have its place.

I vote GHR's though haha
