Default The biggest Challenge so Far

My biggest challenge so far is eating right. Then it is finding the motivation to get to the gym. I know I need to work out and once I get to the gym I am fine and have fun. I know that as I make progress I will find that this is easier to eat right or at least I hope so. What has been your biggest challenge?

Food for me. Its easy enough to eat right during the week, but the weekend comes along and I want to do something fun. Or its thursday night and I can't handle the thought of cooking again. Or the meat isn't thawed. Or I stubbed my toe, its raining, I saw a frog, doesn't matter, just about anything gets me craving huge amounts of food I shouldn't eat. I lost 145 pounds once, I just need to suck it up and drop 30 now.

My biggest challenge is dealing with silly medical issues that constantly interfere...aside from that one though, one challenge is getting back in to the swing second time around which I'm sure many have faced after a few months break, for whatever reason.

same as Babs. medical issues. i love lifting and training. Eating right isnt bad once you force yourself to stay at the meals for a couple weeks it becomes automatic and the cravings pretty much go away.

Eat the Frog. They are delicous.

I love to cook, and I love to eat. I need to workout to support my healthy appetite.

Eating breakfast, but with all of this heavy training lately, I'm not going to have a choice pretty soon.

Food. I love to eat and it was so hard at first to condition myself to eat better.

My biggest challenge is wanting to eat what the family wants, but trying to stick to my guns and not eat it. Sometimes the temptation still wins.
