Now add 13lbs over all to each leg for them being worked and the added muscle mass.(increase in quads, hams and calves equivalent to when I was able body). 52 (both legs) + 144 (upper body) = (as able body) 196lbs. at the body fat I'm at now. Thats right, Who's your Daddy Now???? lol I just calculated it out this morning just because of how I looked in size next to other heavy weight Natural Pro Bodybuilders.

Great work Rich! I'll hold onto any extra bodyfat you don't have... I have plenty of room for it. lol At least until post surgery that is, then it has to go away so I can look like you someday.

You are one of the regular members I truly admire. You remind me so much of the heart and desire that is in my wife. I am not surprised by your first name: Your soul is Rich.
Keep searching for the vitamins of the heart and spirit. Your heart, your soul, and your whole being are behind every decision you make, the words from your mouth are full, and each action you take are meaningful. Truth and confidence are the roots of your happiness. As you grow, may your mind stay in sync with your heart. Like seeds, the heart has to be open in order to grow and prosper. It is not the brains that matter most, but that which guides them -your integrity, the heart, generous qualities, interactive ideas. You possess these attributes and more, Rich. Much respect and admiration your way. Best regards, Chillen
