Tightness in Hamstring
My hamstring feels very tight today. Did lots of leg and lower body work yesterday and think I may have worked it too hard or too much. If this ever happens to you, what do you do to fix it? Is it possible that I just did too much and if I work out again, do you think that that will help to ease the tightness?

Just reach down and try to touch your toes. Hang there a bit and let the hams stretch out. Don't force the stretch and don't bounce it either.

always stretch during your workous, betweens sets.
pain, tightness, soreness...its all pretty much inevitable if you bustin butt. |
