Same myself, I take all advice with a grain of salt but I keep trying to take advice into consideration (and contra-wise- when I proffer some wisdom I expect it to be taken under the discretion of whoever I'm talking to, I don't know your body type or aims so I just put it out there for you to consider)- oh and about your lats, I'm happy with mine ever since I started breathing exercises in conjunction with pullovers, I tend to be lazy in terms of pure ab exercises (guess we're opposites in that respect).
