Hey,
My name is Abeer and am happy to start entering my daily log. I started working out since the junior year of high school and started lifting heavy my senior year. For the next two years I worked out on and off - that was from July 2007 to October 2009. At this point my lifts were - Squat PR (275), Bench (205), Dead lift (365), Shoulder Clean & Press (135). (Body W - 170)
Since November 2009 i started doing strong man and power lifting training. Now my Lifts are - Squat PR (385), Bench PR (245), Dead lift PR (425), Atlas Stone (245), Shoulder Clean & Press (175). Current Body weight (175)
