it also say unaproved visitor messages in the notifications area, weird. i havent started a log yet, but might in th near future, right now my liftin is pretty steady, but i'm unsure on what path im gonna take, and as $$$ is so tight, that has a huge effect on things too, if i don't have the $ to do this seriously it seems silly to half ass it, life has settled down a good bit tho and i'm getting a budget figured out and think i can actually afford the basic supplements, but i gotta be careful, i only get paid once a month so if i forget to pay a bill then buy abunch of stuff i could be in trouble, what happened to ur wrist?
