Thanks rav. Since grandmas death, wife had turned for the worse, and had to be by her side the past few weeks, and its been tough. However, I always turn to my greatest friend, 'the iron' in times of need and stress inconjunction with scheduled traning sessions---its my life, my friend and never lies and gives me the real deal and allows me to stand by my wife when she is in need. She is getting better every day-and I thank god every day for allowing me to see the improvements under the iron to allow me to carry my body in such state to take care of wife and lead her. I can give he no greater gift than to be fit to take care of her. With that said, I am in fantastic shape dipped to about 7 percent bf' and hanging around on average 168 or so. Thank you for the b-day wishes and you have a great day.
