Interesting and most helpful flowchart. A Paleolithic diet is also called a caveman diet because you basically eat anything a caveman would have eaten such as meats, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Food groups off the list include dairy, grains and legumes. While all grains are taboo on this plan, those containing gluten are especially cautioned against.

Interesting. I didn't even know that about peanuts. Huh.

Not that I'm paleo, or even keen on becoming that. But I always keep an eye on these things (diets, supplements, etc.), in case they're: a) absolutely proven without any doubt to be unexpectedly awesome; or b) the kind of scam* I generally expect them to be, lol.
