Good idea. I'll get the girl to help out with that. Food pictures on a camera phone taken by an engineer are frequently less than inspiring, but she knows what she's doing.

Haha, I hear you on that. I have two friends that are photographers and every time I'm like "give me a ****ing break and get off your knees."
I just stand there and press go. Half the time its a shaky picture.

Didn't get to put down as much food as i would have liked, busted my neck/shoulder during training today and its slowed me down considerably.
Coffee w/ 2 scoops whey 8 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs and 1/3 pound bacon Cobb salad with last night's leftover meat Smoothie: 2 cups berries, 2 scoops whey Dinner: Chili - about 5 cups worth This is a twice a month thing during the winter. Nice and easy to make, warm, and best of all, a great way to put cheese on something.

Slow day, and not much moving around, so I reduced my intake a little. I'm also dropping cream and fresh cheese for a while and seeing how that treats my stomach. Cheddar, pepper jack, and the like are still in, but mozzarella is out for now.
Coffee w/ 2 scoops whey 3 cups leftover chili The usual smoothie Dinner: Smoked chicken w/ green beans cooked in bacon fat 1 smoked chicken half 2 cans of green beans Re-heat the smoked chicken in the over at 375 for 75 minutes Once the chicken is almost done, melt some bacon fat in a pot, toss in the green beans, and heat through. Its a smallish dinner tonight, but I'll be heading out tonight for wings with the guys later, so I'll make up for it then. The place has changed ownership, but they at one time had wings that were just under habanero heat and still had perfect flavor, so my hopes are high.

Wings were good, all 30 of them, and I gave into a couple beers, hoping that it might relax my neck a little. It did, but I missed that magic point where its a couple beers, and it turned into 12. Up 8 pounds on the news that beer is my magic weight gainer. Most of it should be gone by Sunday, but I'm going to be taking it a little easier on the food until I can get back into the gym and my neck is fixed up.

Yesterday was pretty delicious if I do say so myself. I went a little off script with store bought low carb tortillas, but enchiladas are a once a month sort of thing, and I don't like to take chances.
Coffee w 2 scoops whey - MGN Cinnamon if anyone was curious 5 eggs, 3 strips of bacon Dinner: Enchiladas w/ ground beef - I generally use chicken, but I had thawed out more beef than I needed for the chili earlier. Turned out pretty darn good. 3# ground beef 6 oz can green chili 2 cans enchilada sauce or ~ 2.5 cups home made 1 onion, diced Mexican spices - I generally use dark chili powder, cayenne, some garlic, salt, pepper, and a little cumin. Tortillas, cheese, and anything else you want to go in them Cook the hamburger through, breaking it up as you go along. Add in the onion, let it cook enough to take some of the heat out of it Add 1/2 the enchilada sauce and the green chili, let simmer for 5 minutes In a 13x9 pan, place a tortilla at on end, fill with cheese and meat. Close the tortilla and repeat until the pan is full. In an oven pre-heated to 375, place the pan and let bake for 30 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and anything else that catches your fancy.

PORK! Eating fell at weird times yesterday, so I didn't get a whole lot in before dinner. Weight down 3 pounds to 260 since my binge a few days ago.
The usual coffee and whey 5 eggs, 1/4 pound breakfast sausage Smoothie with 2 cups berries 2 scoops whey Dinner: Pork Roast with Apricot Sauce, broccoli w/ butter I hope to have the recipe up soon, I had dinner with my folks last night. I wasn't convinced about this one, but its certainly one of my favorite ways to have pork now. The gist of it is 5# pork roast in the crock pot with Diced onion garlic chicken broth Sauce had Sugar free apricot preserves chicken broth other stuff. Not too helpful, I know, but at least I know what book it came out of so I should have the recipe tomorrow.
