Coffee & 2 scoops whey 4 eggs in butter 13 eggs, 1/2 onion, can of mushrooms, 1 cup cheese - post deadlift extravaganza 2 scoops whey blended with 2 cups strawberries. Was still starving when dinner rolled around and didn't feel like shrimp, a bad combination. 16 inch all meat double decker pizza 12 inch deep dish mexican pizza Yeah, they're gone. Parmesan chicken tomorrow, expect to lose the water weight in a couple days.

Its my standard cheat meal. Every time afterwards, I say "I'm never eating that much again", and every time I still go for it. On the up side, since I'm bulking, I don't have to cut back as hard over the next few days to get back on the right track, just enough to flush the extra carbs out of my system.

Today's detox is going well. Haven't been hungry all day, and haven't really pushed it with intake. Just taking it easy.
Coffee with 2 scoops whey 6 eggs with onions, mushrooms, green chili, cheese and hot sauce Dinner : Parmesan Chicken w/ Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower Mash - I'll be having about 3/4 of a chicken. Hooray for leftovers 2 whole chickens, cut into quarters 1 cup powdered Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 tsp garlic salt 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp basil Enough eggs to cover chicken with a thin layer , 2-3 usually does it Pre-heat oven to 375 Remove the backbone and quarter the chickens Crack eggs into a large bowl, whip them with a fork Coat Chicken in egg, place on greased baking pan (use aluminum foil for easy cleanup) In a bowl, mix all the dry powdered ingredients together Sprinkle liberally over the chicken Place chicken in the oven, bake for around 75 minutes I'm bad about remembering baking times and temps, so its a guess each time I do it. If you have a certain time/temp you like for baked chicken, use it instead.

How do you like using coconut flour compared to almond four?

I go back and forth. Tonight I chose coconut because I didn't have any almond flour in the house. The coconut gives it a little more of the restaurant type feel, but I prefer the flavor of the almond flour by a small margin.

Would it work if they were mixed 50/50 or some other percentage so that you get the best of both worlds?

You may well be onto something. I'll have to give it a try next time and report back.

Adding in some random food from last night.
Spicy Thai Beef from a local restaurant. Pretty good, and the only thing that didn't have some sugary sauce all over it. 4 tbsp Peanut Butter, 1 scoop whey, 1/4 cup heavy cream mixed together. - I would eat this every 30 minutes if I could get away with it. Was starving last night around 11, so this monstrosity happened. Today Coffee w 2 scoops whey 1 scoop whey with water Post workout 2 chicken leg/thigh quarters & a quesadilla made with half a chicken breast and a coconut flour tortilla and cheese Dinner: Beef Fajitas. Pretty much the same as last week, with extra guacamole. Its warm enough tonight to fire up the grill, so the meat will be done the way I prefer. Heat up the grill for a few minutes, leave it on high, and lay the meat on it for about 1 minute per side. This steak is sliced at around 1/8th inch thick, so it cooks VERY quickly.
