Easy dinner last night.
Cajun Swai with Rutabaga fries and a side salad For the fish, pan fry fillets in butter, top with cajun seasoning, giving them about 3-5 minutes per side. The fry recipe is in here somewhere, LOL

No recipes today, but here is the food. One of these days I may figure out how to make an attractive table out of it. Rounding has lead to a discrepancy of 83 calories. Not worried.

Good food today.
Total 2765 Calories 138g fat 110g carb 273g protein Coffee w 1 scoop whey Turkey sandwich with mayo and cheese 1 scoop whey in water Cobb(ish) salad: 1 pound chicken 10 oz ham 2 heads romaine 1/4 cup gorgonzola 28g croutons oil and vinegar dressing. Low calorie ice cream sandwich for desert.

Thanks folks. Feeling weird only eating this amount, but I am STUFFED after dinner tonight
Dinner Baked Swai with rosemary garlic potatoes and broccoli Recipe and pics in the morning. Total 2605 69 264 232 Strangely enough, I'm falling well short of the 3k per day planned. This would be easily remedied, but for the first couple weeks the plan is to just eat and see where it falls, planning to be in the general range of 3k. I will likely go a little over tomorrow or friday, so it all balances out. Today was surprisingly low fat, only took in around half the desired amount. C'est la vie. Fattin it up tomorrow with tacos with sour cream, guacamole, and lots and lots of cheese
