Small bowl of chicken artichoke bake leftovers 5 boiled eggs, 1 scoop whey in water Dinner: Noodle-less lasagna. A lot of it. 1/2 cup ricotta chocolate mousse carbs - 20-25g protein - 225-250g

ok, late on the updates but stayed on the wagon mostly. Friday night I got some rough news. Things could turn out pretty well, but I have to walk the line closely and pray for the best.
So, friday I let my feet dangle off the wagon a bit. No damage done really, I still dropped weight and i think it may be worth doing this a couple time a month, or at least once, to stay sane with good food. Coffee, 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp coconut oil accidental 12 hours fast Dinner - The Bob and Tom special at KB's BBQ. All you can eat, pick 2 meats. I went with ribs and fried fish. And a side of hush puppies and onion rings. Best hush puppies and onion rings in the state. 15 spare ribs and a pound of fish later, I was pretty good. Even better, its $11 for it. Carbs - 60-80g Protein - 220-250g Yesterday went a little better. Coffee, 1.5 scoops whey, 2 tbsp coconut oil Leftover lasanga 1 filet left over fish, 1 rib, 1 chicken breast i found in the fridge Dinner - BBQ chicken, fried okra, baked black soy beans - I ate a whole chicken. I am proud of this. 4 boiled eggs before bed carbs - 20-25g protein 240-265g

My fiancee is learning to cook again! Its been a major help with school and work this semester, stuff has been nuts. We've been on track 2 weeks in a row now, in no small part to her help.
Coffee, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1.5 scoops whey 4 eggs, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1 low carb tortilla, salsa, sour cream Lettuce Wrap sandwiches with 2 oz smoked gouda 4 oz hard salami 8 oz sliced turkey breast stone ground mustard, mayo 3 boiled eggs Dinner: Cabbage Casserole 1 cabbage, quartered and separated 3-4 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can diced tomatoes (or fresh if you can find them in the winter) 1 pound shredded swiss cheese salt, pepper Start water boiled for cabbage, place cabbage in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Cook ground beef in a heavy skillet, when its mostly done pour off any excess fat, add onions and tomatoes, salt and pepper. Layer cabbage, meat, and cheese, place into a preheated oven @ 350 for 20-30 minutes. 1/4 cup ricotta cream cheese mousse carbs - 18-24g protein - 180-200g

Things have been nuts, but I've stayed on track. Overeaten the past couple of nights, but on good food. Because seriously, who can eat just one enchilada?

Hurble. Wandered of the path, gained 12 pounds in 5 days, working on getting things under control again. Definitely getting sick too. Oh well, been right on target that past few days. Under 30g carbs, under 3000 calories.

Pork Stir fry
3 pounds pork - I had boston butts slices into steaks and grilled them for this half a cabbage 1 bell pepper 1 onion 6 carrots 2 heads broccoli 1/4 pound snow peas Any other veggies lurking in the fridge 1 tbsp black bean sauce 1 tbsp hot chili paste soy sauce Cook pork through. Slice into bite sized chunks (or cook it in a crock pot and shred it) While pork is cooking, chop veggies Add veggies to a large wok (a big cast iron skillet works too) with plenty of oil, and cook them on medium high until the onions lose some of their bite. Add meat, bean sauce, chili paste, and soy sauce, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Easy to add carbs to this one. Add rice or noodles. Bam. Carbs.
