Wrap with leftover chicken, lettuce, and some colby jack cheese ~ 600 Protein Bar - 180 calories Baked Pizza toppings, no crust, just lots of meat, veggies and cheese ~ 2000 calories So in the neighborhood of 3400 today.

So, I should start tracking my weight again in a place I won't forget. I usually just remember things, but lately I've been needing to use bookmarks and write down appointments that are more than a month in advance. Freaking me out a bit. Anyway, weight.
Yesterday, I weighed in at 272.8# Today: 271.4 ____________ 1.4 pounds down, not really sure how far to go. At 265, my clothes fit about like they did at 245 last year, maybe a bit tighter. Think I might aim for an even 250 and then work my way up to 280. End goal is to be around 285 and near 20% bodyfat. I'm not interested in ripped, just huge.

The focus of this week is avoiding restaurants and getting back to eating at home, primarily at dinner. Burgers without buns are fine for lunch, but once the sun sets, I want carbs. So to that end, last night was a success. Gained about a pound back, but that will soon be fixed.
4 eggs, 3 bacons, coffee, whey 1 scoop whey post wo 2 burgers, no buns Protein bar Leftover chicken and some cheese pre dinner Dinner; Hamburgers and Rutabaga Fries A bit high carb for what I need to be doing right now, but Friday nights are rough. Grilled the burgers after working some onion, garlic, and soy sauce into them. There's a recipe for the 'baga fries in here somewhere, but here it is again. 2 large rutabagas, peeled and cut into fries Olive oil Seasonings - I used salt, black pepper, cayenne, and a little chili powder Coat fries in oil, then seasoning Arrange on baking sheets, you'll probably need 2 or 3 sheets Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes: Keep an eye on them though, they go from limp to charred quickly. If you can get them between, they're amazing. Burgers were served with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, etc I'm also going to be avoiding sweeteners for the next few weeks, so cutting out my diet sodas. I'll deal with it in the Whey and the BCAAs I drink during the workout, but drinking only water at meals helps a lot with losing weight for me.

While I'm thinking about it, i should mention that I usually grease the pan before I put the fries on it. Drives me nuts if I try to make this at my parent's house since they always try to coat everything in corn oil.

Did pretty well yesterday till the evening.
4 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee w/ whey 3 eggs, 2 bacons, shredded cheddar in a low carb tortilla 3 quesadillas w/ chicken Then, a blender bomb. Had a bunch of bananas that the girlfriend never got around to eating, so I put 2 of them in with some peanut butter and 2 scoops of whey. Not the worst thing ever, but shouldn't have had it. So, this ends my week of eating whatever as long as its cooked at home. This week is focused on under 30g of net carbs a day. Starting at 273.8 today. lets see the 260s by next sunday.

How'd the salsa go? I love tomatillos.
Hit the mark pretty much perfectly yesterday for carbs. Came in at ~29. 4 eggs, 2 bacons, and some shredded sharp cheddar - 2g 2 smallish quesadillas with leftover chicken from the night before - 14g BBQ'd Pork steaks, cauliflower mash, and baked black soy beans ~ 5g Strawberry and whey shake - 8 Todays weight - 272.2 Today will be lower carb still, if all goes as planned coming in around 15g

Went a bit over the mark yesterday. I know the carb counts to a lot of things off hand, but apparently not bananas. Way more than I thought. Still, everything turned out ok.
Usual food 3 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee w/ whey 1 scoop whey post WO 1/2 pound hamburger pattie with some pickles 1 BBQ'd pork steak shake with 1 scoop whey and a banana Taco Salad 12 oz ground beef - cooked weight 1 head romaine lettuce 1/4 cup sour cream shredded colby jack cheese Tapatio hot sauce So back to the banana. My carb count was pretty darn low and I thought "heck why not, its about to go bad" 24g of carbs is why not. But today's weigh in made me feel better Today's weight - 268.8 I'll need to watch my portions tonight, making a pasta dish with dreamfields. 5g carbs per serving, but its easy to let it get away from you.
