3 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee, 1 scoop whey, you know, the usual 3/4 pound hamburger patty (man i love being able to grill 16 of these suckers at a time) 4 eggs, 2 bacons, sour cream, shredded colby jack cheese in a low carb tortilla Dinner: Beef Stroganoff 2.5 pounds beef 1 onion, chopped 1 16 oz container sour cream 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (i guess, who really knows, I just put some in) 1 cup sliced mushrooms This is about as easy as it gets. Brown the meat, pour off any excess fat. It doesnt need to all come out, but its no good if its swimming in the stuff. Add onions and shrooms, cook until onions are translucent add sour cream and worchestershire heat for about 5 more minutes and serve

Friday had some good food. Normal stuff in during the day
3 eggs, 3 bacons, coffee, 1 scoop whey 2/3# hamburger pattie 2 mini pizzas on low carb tortillas Shredded Pork Enchiladas: 4 pounds pork loin, fat removed 1 can black soy beans 1 onion, diced 4 green chilies diced 1 large can las palmas enchilada sauce cayenne, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic 1 pound Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded 4 large low carb tortillas toss the meat in the crock pot in the morning with some water, let cook throughout the day. Shredded and add in the rest of the above ingredients Now for the fun part. Didn't feel like making them individially, so layered half the meat, 2 tortillas and half the cheese, repeat for second layer(in a 13x9 casserole dish). Place in oven pre-heated to 375 for around 20 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole

Mustard, store-bought full fat mayo, a little bread & butter pickle juice(sugar free edition). Mash it all together with the yolks and any whites that are broken. After the eggs are filled, we top it with a little paprika.

Had an 8 day binge, gained 5 pounds (which is weird since I can usually gain 10 in a day), but am back eating well again.
4 eggs, 4 strips bacon, coffee w/ 1 scoop whey 4 eggs made into egg salad 4 more eggs into egg salad (eggs were on sale this weekend) Spaghetti meat and sauce, no noodles this time. I can tell I'm detoxing. Stomach was tied up in knots for half of yesterday, but I'm feeling great again today, and feel sharper and more clear than I did all of last week.

Going to be hitting Paleo hard and strict for the next 4 months. Might need to pick your brain for some recipes and options.

Did pretty well today. 3 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, coffee, 1 scoop whey ~ 500 calories Leftover spaghetti meat ~ 500 calories (divided the leftovers into containers with about 500 calories each) 1 low carb protein bar 180calories 5 eggs worth of egg salad w 1 low carb tortilla ~ 700 calories Taco salad ~ 800 calories So, close to 2700 calories today. Was afraid I was going to overshoot pretty far, I'm wanting around 3k a day as I try to cut off some of this fat. I plan on upping my dinner portions, dropping the protein bars, and maybe upping breakfast a little, but for this week, I'm just going to figure out what I naturally gravitate to rather than try to make any big decisions right away.

Haven't gotten around to dinner yet, but I already know the measurements and such, so here's today.
3 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee w 1 scoop whey ~ 500 calories 1 scoop whey PWO - 120 calories 4 McDoubles, no bun ~ 900 calories 5 eggs worth of egg salad ~ 600 calories Grilled chicken salad ~ 800 calories So I'm coming in right around 3k calories today. Pretty happy with that level of intake. I 'm certainly not full all the time, but I don't feel like I'm going to starve either. Edit: This is where I end up getting into trouble, the 9 PM range. Another chicken breast and a glass of milk. Not the end of the world, but I NEED to stay out of the milk. The lactose is not a good thing for me.
