Do you mean 40/40/20?

I am using a high/low carb cycle diet right now and I'm up 3lbs in 2 weeks. Working out really good. I'm getting roughly 3000 cals on workout days and a little more than half the cals and up to 60grams of carbs (from veggies mainly) on non workout days. So for me and my split I get 4 high carb days and 3 low carb days.

I meant 40/30/30 (p/c/f) lol

I used this approach really well earlier in the year to diet and i was training 3 days so more days without carbs. I plan on training 4 days this coming program, so 4 days with higher carbs (cycled around the training sessions) I think could make it work really well.

Just curious...

Carl.
Have you looked at PaleoBulkingCutting.com? I found that guy's stuff super helpful. Good examples of when to eat and a lifting plan.

Did you Google searched the term "Paleo Bulking" specifically to try and add links? If not I will keep the link in.

If you do run the site it would have been easier just to join our community and post a link instead of trying stealth tactics. We allow links. If you don't own the site, my mistake...

I don't own the site (because if I did, I could totally come up with a better domain name then that). But I like the guy's style of writing and most of the content so far.

Fair enough. I hope you understand that we had to check. The last thing we want to do is scare away a decent contribution.
