Protein Pancakes
1/4 C. Egg Whites 1 Scoop Protein Powder 1. Mix it up good. 2. Make like pancakes. I like to use PB or almond butter on them. They are pretty good plain too. If you use unflavored protein powder you can use these like tortillas too.

Tuna Romaine Roll Ups
1 can (5oz) Tuna 2 Tbls. Light Mayo 3 Romaine leaves 20-40g of shredded cheddar cheese Mix Tuna and mayo Put on Romaine (using romain like taco shells) Top with cheese. -You can mix the cheese in and microwave the tuna mix, then spread on lettuce, if you want the cheese melted. You can also add a small amount of hot sauce, taco sauce,salsa or avocado. Just watch your carbs.
