Not surprising to me. I would guess that close to half of my congregation is either pre-diabetic, and just don't know it, or actual diabetics.

Half my family has diabetes. Sadly many of them run for the low-fat "healthy" food in stores, thinking it helps when it's really jammed with other nonsense.
