Default Meatzza (Low Carb Pizza)

Best low carb pizza I've tried so far. I've made egg bases before but I get fed up of that fast. I could have eaten another of these. Followed most of the recipe from Dangerously Hardcore (DH Low Carb Pizza).
  1. Flatten 500g (2.2lb) minced beef in a tray. Try and get it as thin as possible as it will shrink a lot.
  2. Bake in oven until browned across top. You can drain off excess fat if you wish. (Roughly 10-15 minutes depending on how much beef and how thin.)
  3. Remove from oven and add toppings. I used a marinara sauce also from Dangerously Hardcore (DH Low Carb Marinara) with pepperoni, bacon, eggs and cheese.
  4. Place back in oven and bake for another 5-10mins.
  5. EAT!

Adjust to your liking. This was my big meal so I bumped the beef base up, a lot.

Looks awesome. I've made some big burgers and just put mozzarella and pepperoni on it and it was pretty good. I like the egg idea tho.
