Not sure I understand your question. Aren't all buffalo wings low carb? I used to destroy wings when I was carb cycling.

Yep, bake them; its states, in the recipe (at the side, near the image), that you can bake or fry as wished.

I put a dusting of cayenne on mine, bake at 450 for an hour. Pour hot sauce over them and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Almost 0 carb. Just 1 or 2 from the sauce per batch of 12
