Not sure I understand your question. Aren't all buffalo wings low carb? I used to destroy wings when I was carb cycling.

Not all are. Some may have breading or a high sugared sauce.

I want to make a large batch to take somewhere tonight for the UFC fight.

I put a dusting of cayenne on mine, bake at 450 for an hour. Pour hot sauce over them and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Almost 0 carb. Just 1 or 2 from the sauce per batch of 12

Do you buy fresh or frozen wings? Do you de-bone them prior to cooking?
