I have tried to mix Coconut Oil into a shake . . . . I could never get it to break down . . .it just stuck to the shaker and made a rotten mess.

2 words man. Coconut Milk! Get a can of it. It blends well and taste good with whatever protein shake you use.

Just so I have this right, if I was going to put coconut oil in my coffee this morning, would I use 1 teaspoon or one table spoon?

I use one tablespoon per coffee mug. Since it's not a liquid, I end up weighing it
