KB/sand bag related styles of training
Came across these a few days ago and thought they may be of some interest; the stone block is similar to a KB (in usage), and the long bag is similar to the bulgarian bag and the sand bag in general. These two vids show MMA uses which may be useful; and pretty sure the KB can take place of the stone block if you want to give these a shot. Loads of other vids on youtube with exercise for the stone block too. Just seeing this vid, shows the potential application for throwing techniques and power:
