Bulgarian Bag thread

I came across this by complete accident whilst searching youtube vids for something totally unrelated



I decided to put this here because most of the workouts can also be done using a KB due to the similar nature of the bag. It's kind of like a sandbag as well.

It may be useful to some in strongman, or for shoulder flexibilty for snatch work etc, and most of all you can make your own relatively cheap and get a great cardio session with it.

Okay, I know nothing about car tyre inner tubes; apart from what I just looked up.

Would a self-repairing inner tube work or do they have compartments that would mean the filling of the homemade Bulgarian Bag would not be able to move freely around the inside of the bag/tube in order to fill the thing to start with?


Anyone have ideas on this? Or an old tube of that sort that they can cut up to check out?
