Default How easy are kettlebells to use?

I am not very coordinated at all. How easy are kettlebells to use and swing? DO I need much coordination for them?

They aren't to hard to use. And getting strong with weights will actually do wonders for your coordination and balance. Just please, for the love of god, don't get on a bosu ball, and don't listen to anyone who suggests it.

KBs are easy to use, start light as you do with any other form of exercise and you won't go wrong. There are also plenty of youtube vids out there which explain points, if you prefer to watch and get instruction that way.

And, there are numerous threads in this section on KBs just take a nose through for what you're after, the swing:

So I have heard two sides about a Bosu ball. What is it anyway? I have never heard of it before.

Bosu balls? well If you are squatting heavy and there are no benches around to sit down for a minute or 2 to take a break they can be very handy...other than that they just take space at gyms and do not roll very good when you kick them out the way...
