Default Favorite kettlebell exercise

What is your favorite kettlebell exercise? Why? I personally love to do front squats with of course two kettlebells. And I also like the advanced kettlebell windmill. What about you?

I can't say that I really have a favourite but since I enjoy KB jerks a lot and will do them at the drop of a hat, given the chance, I guess I'd have to say they probably are a favourite.

I do not use the kettlebell all the time but when I do, I include the kettlebell figure 8 into my routine. It is a fun exercise to try.

Swings!

Not a kettlebell afficionado yet, but swings have a great carryover to everything else in my limited opinion.

I so far have enjoyed kettlebell exercises. I have a few favorites like the one I mentioned above, but any of them are fun.

Swings, clean and press and lately I've enjoyed shrugs during my warmup.

The kettlebell move. Where I move all the blasted things off my deadlifting platform so I can lift some real weight.

But seriously, I like kettlebells for warmups, doing swings and goblet squats. No more snatches with them though until I figure out how to not ruin my elbow with them.

I am surprised no one has mentioned the Turkish get up. I love that move.
