hey guys my name is jimmy i am 24 and i live in texas. i have been lifiting for about 3 years. at my worste i was hitting the scale at 300lbs. since i have started training i have dropped to 230, my lowest was 210 pretty lean but not as lean as i'd like to be. looking forward to getting some diet tips and hopefully i can help in return.

Hi I'm Ben. I started weight training about 7 years while serving in the US Air Force. I had a very elementary level of understanding of training, utrition or supplementation. I started training at a wopping weight of 145 lbs at 5'8". Eight months later I weighed in at 185 lbs, that's where I hit what Irefer to as my "knowledge plateau" Basically I had to learn more about training, nutrition or supplementation or I was stuck.
I sought the knowledge of a few of the bigger guys in the gym and so began my introduction into protein powders, creatine, 1 body part per day, 1 body part per week training and finally the need for a well rounded diet. I left the military 4 years later a trainer and at a natural built 227 lbs. I've since become a huge fan of the sport of bodybuilding making it to numerous pro shows including the Mr. O twice. I love trying different up and coming and proven supplements. I write diets, workouts and advice on supplementation to many clients. |
