Blah blah blah I lift heavy ****. I'm not one for rambling and babbling so that's about it. I believe in lifting ****ing heavy or going home. I don't pull any punches and train 6 days a week 2 hours a day. I call my training style violent volume not to be cool but because so many ask what the hell I'm doing. For 120 minutes I pound, rest, repeat. Then I go home, have a beer or two PWO and eat beef until I fall asleep. I love training and living like this. When I'm not training I'm eating, sleeping or ****ing.
