Hi, this is nacho from Greece. Found the forum accidentally during a research on a strength program and the level of members' knowledge and their helpful attitude really impressed me.
I'm 22, been in and out of gyms for some years now but only the last one I am training and eating properly. Currently I am running a 5/3/1 routine but I am planning to change it into a more self-regulating thing. |
