Recently I did 12 weeks of Mark Ripptoe's Starting Strength which changed my whole thought process on training. 3x10- and bodypart splits- never again!! Harder, stronger and bigger.

Have decided to spice it up and am trying Layne Norton's- P.H.A.T system. I find this is great because you can still blast heavy weights on the power days whilst I find the "hypertrophy" days get the heart racing.

Glad I found this site, loving some of the articles. I bet you hear it all the time but if only I learnt about this stuff earlier
welcome muscleman ... just wanted to know what you ate that pushed your wt. from 66 kg to 110 kg in 2 years ... ... once again welcome to the forum ... you will definitely learn a lot of things here ...

We hear it a lot but it never gets old. Always glad to see someone lifting hard and trying to piece things together.

Start up a training log and don't hesitate to post up a few questions if you need any help.

Welcome to the forum Repo. Start up a thread in the strength or muscle building sections and tell us a big more about your experiences. We'll help get you on track.
