Hi guys, im Dan.. im 21, been training for 4 years. My goals bodybuilding orientated but with the view of been big AND strong. Im starting a 16 week transformation to hold myself accountable tomorrow but in reality will be happy if I look half decent by the end of 2013. Ive always been interested in sport and exercise science and did sport & exercise science at uni, however the knowlege i have gained through forums/ uni hasnt always been reflected in my training. Time to make a change and get serious.. noone likes been average.
Got a training log which I started yesterday called "Dans training log" feel free to pop in over the next 16 weeks during my attempt for a transformation and fire constructive critisism and advice my way ![]() Dan |
