Hi guys, my name is Bill and I'm addicted to weight lifting.
![]() In all seriousness..I'm 23 years old, a type 1 Diabetic, and have a couple bad habits; pack a day smoker and like to drink some beers with the guys 1-2 times a week. I began weight lifting in my teens and in high school, but never stuck with it. About 5 months ago I decided to persue a personal dream of mine to get in shape, get big and gain strength. I started out with only a barbell and 75lbs of total weight to work with at home. 3 weeks ago I finally joined a gym and thought it would be cool to join a community with others to share and talk about weight training/fitness. I'm 6'1 around 160lbs- more or less, I havent weighed myself in awhile, I've always been more of a hard gainer but never the extreme ecto-morph. My plan to achieve my my goals is to execute HEAVY compound movements and eat alot (healthy choices). |
