Hi all, im Nighttrain and i followed my buddy Ripped over here.... i just finally got authorization to post.
so a lil about me..... hummmmm--
im 38yo, 5'10" some where in the 201-206 weight zone..... have been actively participating in some sort of physical training for the last 19 years..... (im in the Army), got in to weightlifting on my 2nd trip to Iraq, and havent looked back since.
I'm also a Force of Green labs Rep, so if i can help you out with any questions conserning FoG, just drop me a line and Ripped, Grambo, FoG himself or I will do our best to help ya'll out.... 'Train
