Hi my names Reece.
I'm 20 years old from the Kent, UK but originally from London. I started lifting weights roughly when I was 17 1/2 and hopefully I will be lifting the rest of my life. At the moment I'm recovering from a hernia operation I had on the 6th of feb (I need some help with this if anyone else has suffered from a hernia!). I was making decent progress until I got it but this things happen and I will learn from it. At the moment I train HIT style and will continue to do this when I am recovered. I have loads of questions but I hope I don't annoy everyone lol
