Hello,
Joining the forum in search for finding some stronger people to surround myself with. I am 25, 215lbs, 395lb Raw Bench PR (paused). I'm really just interested in upping my bench. Unfortunately I have not been in the gym since May, so I'm benching in the high 200s right now. I will be starting a Training Log in the other forum, with my goal of a 405 Bench and a double bodyweight bench by the end of 2011. |
