Default Just a nice hello
Because we have to start a new thread, I will do so.

I'm from Vienna, Austria. My name should be clear because I used in for the acc name.
I now train for about 7 1/2 yrs, but really serious for about 4 yrs. My weight is 220 but I want to go down to 200. I am 6ft1.

I think that is the important stuff with regards to weighttraining.
I am also student on the Vienna University (psychology, philosophy and history..., want to become a teacher)

I also work as a handball (not so known outside of Europe) coach.
