Thanks for the welcome everyone. I started out building my strength, went onto a bodybuilding split for a while and now i'm on a powerbuilding split. Mainly working on getting stronger now and might try my hand at powerlifting. Main goal for now is to get to a 1000 pound total. This place looks like a great resource.
