Day 15
Mix 1 scoop raspberry and 1 scoop pink lemonade Juggernaut HP and is mighty good. Strong, freshener and straight to the point. Cardio Treadmill 18 minutes Sauna for 10 minutes DB Press with Shrug Combo @ 100lbs. (by combo I mean after the press, do not throw the dumbbells to the ground, just lower them to my chest, stand up, and start shrugging). 3 x 100lbs x 10 Pull over 3 x 100lbs x 10 Bend over Lat raise 3 x 25lbs x 20 Over head Tri's extension 3 x 100lbs x 20 Tri's Pull down 3 x 50lbs x 12 Sauna 15 more minute Great feeling, full of energy, exhausted but most is because I add cardio which is not much but is close to two hours in the gym. For sure I see changes already. Hopefully I don't hurt to much my squats with this run. Is only for another 4 wks. I'm good to go after that .

Give a lot of strength and pump for sure...plus looks a lot better than some guys throwing db all around because cant handle the weights.

Day 16
Today everything went smooth...short day dough!!! Took my Raspberry Juggernaut, ran for 8 minutes to warm up...and went straigth to the squat rack. Box squats 10 x bar 10 x 135 5 x 225 5 x 5 @ 315lbs Front squats 3 x 5 @ 315lbs 3 x 5 @ 225lbs Goodmorning 2 x 10 @ 225lbs Lying leg curls 5 x 10 @ 60lbs Call the day at this point. Went to the sauna for 15 minutes. Stretch a little bit in there. Ready for tomorrow which is only a little bid of swimming and treadmill...will take video in the pool but I don't think you guys want to see my SPEEDO's LoL! Saturday is going to be rest day for me and I'm coming back on Sunday with ME Day...Will be taking video of some of this.
