dose: 1 scoop 40min prior

conv DL's: 265x5, 310x5, 350x5

leg press: 360x3x11

leg extension: 85x2x15

hyp.extension: +35lbs x 2 x 10

lying leg curls: 45x2x15

20 mins hill walking

Am still feeling the caffeine stim. This 3x5 session went well--not winded or fatigued at all; only thing that hampered my lifts were my sweaty palms; felt very strong & will be attempting 430 next Tues.
Good luck on the 430. I think you can do it!

Good job! So, the caffeine and Juggernaut is giving you plenty of energy and focus?

Thanks!! Definitely feeling the energy w/ 1 scoop - I feel like I don't have to rest as much between sets, but I do anyways..esp. on my top-end sets.

2/28 workout:

Kroc rows: 100x20 --->felt strong with every rep; very little strain compared to other times have done them
Yates rows: 145x3x10
inverted rows, bw: 3x11
partial pulldowns super setted with full rom pulldowns: 175x7 s/s 115x10 x 2 sets

db laterals: 35x13 ->25x8, 35x10->25x10->15x6 [[ 2 drop-sets]]
45# plate raise: x12, 35# x8, 25# x6 [[done as a drop set]]
machine shoulder press: 130x3x12

back & shoulders day went very well - was eager to do Kroc rows to test out the Juggernaut & it went well. My strength/form tends to waver towards the end of those sets, but this time around, I was good for all 20 reps. Yates rows, I don't use so much weight as I'm actually trying to feel my lats contract as opposed to just yanking the bar into my gut. Overall, felt strong & had an equally strong pump in my delts and lats..
