I found that the scoop and a half was just right for me on normal workout days. 2 on leg days, only 1 on off days.

scoop and a half seems about right for me as well; it's about the right amount of caffeine for me - 225mg if my math is right.

felt some slight B.A. tingles today, not that they bother me anyway.

noticed being less fatigued and winded between sets of deadlifts today - 415lb for my top-end(last) set was easier than 405 a couple weeks ago.

feeling very confident i can get to at least 430 soon

Today's workout - 2/12

Lower, power day:


Deadlifts: 265x5, 300x4, 340x3, 380x1, 415x1, 365x1

Legpress (w/o sled wt): 340x11, 430x11, 480x11

45deg. back extension w/10 lb plate superset with bodyweight: 3x10

seated leg curl: 55x12, 85x2x7

Cardio
:: 3 min warm-up; 6 - 20sec [work]: 20sec [rest] H.I. intervals; low intensity to total 20mins.

Definitely less fatigued [between sets] today - 415 DL came up very fast & smoother than expected.

quick update b4 i hit the gym..


i took 1 scoop today - 1 1/2 yesterday...effects seem to be kicking-in in about 20 mins...
